Cosmetics Import Application and Filling

1. All imported cosmetics must be examined and approved by the State Food and Drug Administration (CFDA), before they can be declared, imported and sold.

2. The premise of declaration: ①The product has a sales certificate overseas; ②Company with independent legal person qualification takes the declaration in China. (Except foreign enterprise entrusted by a Chinese enterprise to process)

3. The cosmetics approval is valid for 4 years, and shall apply for continuation 4 months before expiration.
