Scanned duplicate of the Corporate Business License;

Scanned original of the Customs Declaration Entity Registration Certificate of P.R.C.

Import Operation Process：

Customs policy: electronic customs clearance, three-document crosscheck and year-round service; Supervision of CIQ: prior filing, filing at entry, supervision, cancellation at exit and tracing.

Export Operation Process：

For goods at the E-commerce company’s:

The E-commerce company receives the order, prepares and packages the goods and attaches the Express Waybill;

The packages to be exported are transported to the bonded area and classified and consigned.

Qianhai Dingkun goes through the customs clearance formalities.

For goods in the warehouse:

The E-commerce company deposits the goods in the bonded warehouse;

The E-commerce company receives the foreign order and sends it to Qianhai Dingkun; Qianhai Dingkun picks and packages the required goods and attaches the Express Waybill.

Qianhai Dingkun classifies and consigns the packages and goes through the customs clearance formalities.

The goods in the bonded warehouse can be returned to the E-commerce company’s domestic warehouse when necessary.
